Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. (EST) begin processing on the next business day.

During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions, etc.), processing may take slightly longer.


3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times within the United States are:

  • Standard shipping: 2 to 3 business days

  • Priority shipping: 1 to 2 business days (if available)

Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as:

  • Carrier delays

  • Peak seasons

  • Logistic issues beyond Kdrops’ control

Once the package is handed over to the carrier, they assume responsibility for handling and final delivery time.


4. Shipping Costs

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Carrier company

  • Direct link to track your package

Please note: carriers may take up to 24 hours to activate tracking information.


6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package shows as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Check if it was delivered to a neighbor or building management

  • Review the address entered during checkout

  • Contact the carrier for immediate verification

7. Packages Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to Kdrops due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Carrier unable to deliver

We can reship the order, but the customer must cover the shipping cost again unless the issue was caused by Kdrops.


8. Damaged During Shipping

If your package arrives damaged:

We will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
